The Best Dry Shampoo (and it’s non-aerosol!)

Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk - Non-Aerosol

I am certain I do not speak only for myself when I say that dry shampoo (for me, Klorane dry shampoo) figures fairly prominently in my beauty regime.

My hair routine is set – I wash my hair on Sunday and Wednesday evenings, allow it to 90% air dry, then dry my hair with my favourite hair dryer, and sleep with a pineapple on top of my head.  This means that mornings consist of taking my hair down, smoothing it out with my favourite brush (notice a lot of favourites in here), using a little spray of dry shampoo if I didn’t shampoo the night before, and heading out.

On the nights that I don’t wash my hair, I use Klorane Dry Shampoo before putting up my hair.  This allows the product to be absorbed overnight, adds volume and I wake up with (almost) work-ready style.  Since I am brunette, I dread the chalky residue that can be the result of using too much dry shampoo in the morning, and this approach helps me avoid the tell-tale grey of most dry shampoos.

I particularly like Klorane Dry Shampoo because it is non-aerosol, so it is better for the environment, lasts significantly longer than my aerosol spray dry shampoos, and doesn’t cause a lot of product build up.  And bonus points for it being packable since it isn’t a liquid!
