I did a Whole30 last February to shed that remaining pregnancy weight and was absolutely hooked. Like so many who have completed a Whole30, I maintain a quasi-compliant diet year-round. But for Lent this year, I decided to kick it up a notch and instead of a Whole30, I am doing a WholeLent (or Whole40). Although I have not been as strict as when I did my first Whole30, I am loving the additional energy, better sleep and general healthier feeling. As anyone who does Whole30, or similar programs, can tell you, it is difficult to find compliant snacks. I tried That’s It bars last year and am relying on them heavily this go-around. I know you are suppose to limit your fruit intake, but these bars are so delicious that they make it difficult. I buy mine at Target where they have a great selection at a reasonable price. Highly recommend if you are doing a Whole30 or just trying to be healthy.
